SONGS OF LOVE

The songs of love sweetly come to my tongue,

In the evening glory, my sweetheart's beauty creates an intricate story,

All a man's life he yearns to find that one special lady,

For her there is no doubt or maybe,

She must be with him every day,

For such some would dragon slay,

Or suffer toil that makes spirit weary,

For in her lips, in her smile, thorugh her gaze,

Comes a flood, an ocean of love,

And his heart soars like a Winter dove.

For her passion flows in the blood like wine,

On her sweet flesh and ecstasy he dines,

The union of love, the cries and the joys,

Blending of body and soul them alloys,

Love, the tearing thunder that spilts our skies,

Shakes the heavens and makes the earth qauke

And yet the savge heart it soothes,

The mighty arms it binds stronger than steel,

For we men are prisoners of our ladies' love,

And though we soar beyond the sky,

To look upon our tiny world with an eagle's eye,

Yet still we can't escape that which we need,

To hear her say, "I love you"
